POLITICS for the processing of personal data of individuals by the commercial company "2R - BULGARIA" EOOD and the measures undertaken by the company for the protection of these data
This document has been drafted in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016 / 679O of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as GDPR or the Regulation, of the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, secondary legislation its implementation, as well as the guidelines of the Commission for the Protection of Personal Data. Its purpose is to describe the approach to the lawful processing of your personal data and its protection in the framework of the activity carried out by "2R - BULGARIA" EOOD.

"2R - BULGARIA" EOOD, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 160079213, represented by its manager, with headquarters and address of management: Plovdiv 4000, East region, 196 Maritsa - South Blvd. data as an administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED BY THE COMPANY AND PROCESSING OBJECTIVES
The personal data processed by the company are intended to assist in the performance of its activities and in particular:
· To maintain employment relations with their employees in compliance with the relevant regulations;
· To maintain contractual relations with natural persons - clients / contracting entities and / or natural persons, representing clients / clients in connection with the implementation of the main and / or accompanying activities of the Company, in compliance with the relevant regulations;
To maintain affiliate relations with third parties in order to carry out the main and / or any of its accompanying activities, including, but not limited to: the tax administration, the Registry Agency; Occupational health service; General Labor Inspectorate, Banks, Insurance Companies and Insurance Brokers, Notaries, Private Enforcement Agents, etc. in compliance with the requirements of the legislation;
· Establish and maintain bona fide business relationships with our clients and provide quality service following the principle of continuous improvement;
· To guard our sites with a video surveillance system;
· Respond to legal requirements that are relevant to our business.
To achieve the abovementioned objectives, 2R - BULGARIA EOOD processes the following categories and specific types of data:
PERSONAL DATA MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY IN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES:
- names - for labor / civil / contracts, proxies, etc .;
- address - correspondence for the needs of a particular contract; Email;
- telephone numbers - personal / business, to which the subject has agreed to receive calls;
- PIN / PNH;
- an employment book, official notes from a previous employer - for reference to the traineeship, the annual leave used and the taxable income for the year of entry;
- diplomas, certificates relevant to the post;
- personal bank accounts - for payment of remuneration;
- CVs - when applying for and / or entering a job.
The data is stored in the "Staff" register and the "Civil contracts" register.
PERSONAL DETAILS MINIMALLY NEEDED TO SELL THE PRODUCT / INCLUSION IN CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS:
- names - for the purpose of contracting / selling / executing orders;
- address - correspondence / delivery for the needs of a specific contract;
- e-mail - for correspondence for the needs of a specific contract;
- telephone numbers - personal / business, to which the individual has agreed to receive calls;
The data is stored in the "Clients" registry and the "Deliveries" registry.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA:
In compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code and the applicable to the company's safety and safety requirements and applicable standards, 2R - BULGARIA EOOD processes the following sensitive data about the health status of its employees:
- Pre-medical check-up card / meddling certificate / - for reference when entering the job;
- hospital sheet - in case of temporary disability due to illness;
- TEMC / NEMC solutions;
The data is stored in the "Health status" registry.
VIDEO MONITORING:
According to the requirements of the applicable legislation "2R - BULGARIA" LTD applies security measures, which include the following technical and organizational means for access control and for ensuring physical security against attacks on buildings and sites and for protection of the life and health of the citizens: security systems and a video surveillance system that performs 24-hour video surveillance and consists of recording and storage devices.
Surveillance and video recording is done in a parking lot, a ramp, in the production building, the warehouse and the showroom located on the ground floor of the office building at: Plovdiv, East region, 196 Maritsa - South Blvd. stored on a server with restricted access. Access to the captured footage has only persons specifically designated by order.
Through the information boards displayed in a prominent place, the data subjects and other visitors that can be captured shall be informed of the use of technical means of monitoring and control and of any other relevant information in relation to the observation carried out.
The data is stored in a "Video Surveillance" registry.

For example: submitting information and reports to the NRA and other state authorities in accordance with applicable national law.

Contractual grounds
We process your personal data when it is necessary to take steps to sell a product / contract with you / your represented person or to perform a contract already signed.

Legitimate interest
With regard to the exercise and protection of the legal rights and interests of "2R - BULGARIA" EOOD; assistance in the exercise and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of clients, employees and other persons related to the company, on the territory of its sites, CCTV and access control for the purpose of guarding the property, proving the fulfillment of the applicable requirements, physical security against attacks on buildings and sites, and the protection of citizens' lives and health.
If you do not provide your personal information, we will not enter into a relationship with you.
Consent
In other cases, the company processes your personal data only on the basis of and after receiving your explicit consent to do so.

· Regarding the data stored in the "Staff" register and the "Civil contracts"
The data from the register shall not be provided to third parties except for the submission of references and lists to the National Social Security Institute, the National Revenue Agency and the Labor Inspectorate, as required by the relevant regulations, as well as the Occupational Medicine Service (STM), the PEA serving the bank, insurance company, contracting authorities.
· Regarding data stored in the "Health status"
The data from the register shall not be provided to third parties, except the NSSI and the CMS, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant normative acts. The data is also provided to the insurance company that serves the company.
· Regarding the data stored in the "Clients" registry and the "Deliveries"
Data from the register shall not be disclosed to third parties, except for the competent authorities where required by law and courier companies performing the supply (Econt, Speedy).
· Regarding the data stored in a "Video Surveillance"
Data from the register shall not be disclosed to third parties, except for competent authorities, where required by law.
DATE FOR STORING YOUR DATA
"2R - BULGARIA" Ltd. keeps your personal data for the following terms:
Register "Staff"
All records of paper and technical staff are kept for a period of 50 (fifty) years from the termination of the employment contract with the company.
All documents proving length of service are kept 50 / fifty / years according to Art. 12, para. 1 HCl;
Register "Civil Contracts"
The data shall be kept for a period of 5 (five) years from 1 January of the year following the year of payment of the fee, in accordance with Art. 38, para. 1 pt. 3 TIPC and Art. 42, para. 1, item 3 & lt; 3 & gt;
Health Status Registry
The hospital records submitted by the data subjects are kept for 3 years from 1 January of the year following the year of issue of the hospital sheet.
TEMC / NEMK solutions - they are stored in staff files on paper and technical medium for a period of 50 / fifty / years.
Pre-medical check-up card / medical certificate / - are stored in paper and technical staff records for a period of 50 / fifty / years.
"Clients"
The data in the register shall be kept for a period of ten (10) years from 1 January of the year following the year of the provision of the service / termination of the contract.
Register "Video Surveillance"
The data is stored for up to 30 / thirty / days from the date of video recording, then, if there is no reason to be downloaded, they self-destruct.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SITE
You have the following rights with respect to the personal data you have processed by "2R - BULGARIA" Ltd.:
· The right to information;
· The right to access your personal information;
· Right of rectification
· The right to delete;
· The right to limit the processing;
· The right to data portability;
· The right to object to the processing of his or her personal data.
